Tricia completed her first Marathon (Paris) in 2013. She trained incredibly hard running alone, with me and coming for personal training sessions to work on her core strength. Bev completed her first Half Marathon (Windsor) in September 2013. I ran this with her to keep her company and ensure she didn't stop. She ran the whole way which was her goal. With my help, she is now training for this year's race where she hopes to get a new personal best. Good luck Bev!

Jennie trained me in the lead up to my first triathlon. She wrote a detailed training plan for me and prepared me well for Windsor. I did incredibly well and ultimately qualified for the world champs in Budapest. An amazing experience. I wont forget those hill repeats Jen!

Jennie is an exceptional individual and a great personal trainer. 
 
In the two years I have been working with her, she has listened to my needs, developed training that works for my various injuries and niggles (but that still gives me a good workout) and has gently pushed me into working harder than I thought I could, or sometimes wanted to!  Her training sessions are always different, never boring and hard work!  But I feel great afterwards and can really see the results and feel the benefits.
 
Jennie genuinely cares about her clients’ well-being and their goals, however big or small.  When I had a particular goal to achieve, Jennie developed an additional programme I could do outside our regular training sessions, she made time for additional sessions, helped me with my diet and provided enormous support and encouragement to get me where I wanted to be.  I was delighted to achieve something I hadn't thought possible and now I’m onto the next challenge.
 
Not only have I achieved great results by working with her, but she has become someone I trust and respect.  I couldn't recommend her more highly.

In March 2014 I decided I needed to get back in shape. I had been running for several years but could never regain my fitness properly after I had broken my back in an accident and had over the last few years put on about 3 stone in weight.
 
I was looking for not only an exercise routine that would work for me but also help changing my diet. Change PT came highly recommended so I decided to give it a try.
 
Jennie started with getting my diet in order and following her advice and a few simple rules I found the healthy eating really easy. I had always thought a diet meant denying yourself food but found it to the contrary, I was has having eggs, bacon and beans every day for breakfast and never really found myself hungry.
 
I started doing 2 gym sessions with Jennie a week as well as following a running program. I quickly found the gym work helped significantly with my back problems and was tailored directly to my needs and level. Best of all it's in her own private gym and when you're as embarrassed as I was about the way I looked, that really helps.
 
All in all in just 3 months, I have lost over two stone and I'm reaching all my running goals so much so I have once again had the confidence to enter Windsor half marathon. But most of all I have significantly less back pain and really started to develop a real core level of fitness. I can now do quite a few full press-ups, which I have never been able to do before. I've also taken 10 minutes off my 10k running time!
 
I would highly recommend Change PT. Jennie is a great trainer and really inspires you to achieve  your goals, in a kind and supportive environment. Well done Jennie.
